If you wish to cancel a purchase or return an order within 7 calendar days of delivery, AK Prime is committed to processing a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Preparing the Product for Return: Ensure the product is in a returnable condition and pack it carefully. Please include the completed return form to facilitate processing.
Once we receive the returned product, you may choose to receive a full refund or exchange it for another product.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email and send the item back to us.
Please note that the returned product must be in a resalable condition, without damage or signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its functionality.
