Return and exchange policy

At AK Prime, we have developed a returns and exchanges policy with the aim of offering you an efficient, fast and satisfactory transaction.

Deadline for Exchanges or Returns
You have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of delivery of the product if it does not meet your expectations.
Buyer's remorse: 7 days.
Manufacturing defects: 7 days.
Defective order: 7 days.
Exchange for a different size: 7 days.

Exchange or Return Procedure
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us by email or phone. We will send you a form to complete and instructions for shipping the product(s). It is important to attach this form when returning the product and it is necessary to contact Customer Service in advance to avoid a return without prior consultation.

3. Reasons for Exchange or Return

Return due to Change of Mind/Withdrawal

If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to a change of mind, the deadline is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. You must comply with the following conditions:

The product shows no signs of use.
Preferably, it should be returned in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by the invoice, the labels (download/print the label with the product reference code) correctly attached to the product and all the accessories included in the order.

Returns due to defective products

If, upon receiving the product, it has a defect or a manufacturing defect, the deadline is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met:

The product must not show any signs of use.
It should preferably be returned in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by the invoice, the labels (download/print the label with the product reference code) correctly affixed to the product and all the accessories included in the order.

Costs
There are no restocking fees. The entire exchange or return process is free of charge for the customer. There are no costs for exchanges or returns made within the established time frame.

Processing time
The refund or exchange is processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product, provided that all exchange or return conditions are met.
