Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At AK Prime, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, we are happy to assist you in accordance with this policy.

This Exchange Policy applies only to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and is subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must request the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items not eligible for exchange include:

  • Personal care or hygiene products.

  • Gift cards or downloadable items.

  • Clearance or final-sale products marked “non-returnable”.


3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@akprimeglobal.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • The product you wish to exchange.

  • The item you would like to receive instead (size/colour/model).

Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return address for sending the product back.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.


4. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the exchange requirements, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement item within 5–7 business days, or

  • Notify you if the requested replacement is out of stock (you may choose another item or request a refund).


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Please include photos or videos of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.


6. Exchanges vs Refunds

If you prefer not to exchange an item, you may be eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.
